As a participating contractor in many insulation rebate programs, Kelly’s insulation can determine if your home qualifies for cash incentives. What does this mean? It means you may quality for additional insulation for your home at ABSOLUTELY NO COST!
So why should I care about more insulation? Most people on average save 10% to 30% on their utility bills by adding more insulation to their home. Many homes are built by builders that are concerned more about cost then efficiency. Unfortunately this means that many homes are lacking adequate insulation for our environment. Adding insulation to your attic is the single most cost-effective way to save money and energy. Adding insulation increases comfort, adds value, and saves you money.
So how does this work? It’s simple. Kelly’s Insulation will evaluate your home (free of charge) and tell you whether or not you qualify for any state (free insulation Thermwise etc) or federal rebate incentives. If you do, we’ll cover the cost of adding the insulation to your attic and/or basement until you get your rebate checks. Once the rebate checks arrive, you sign them over to Kelly’s Insulation. There is absolutely no out of pocket cost to you!
